What We Are Looking For:
For our brands Bula Pilago and Vossatassar we are seeking a talented and driven designer who is passionate about optimizing price fighting products while balancing brand strategy and storytelling. If you have a commercial mindset and want to create impactful designs that resonate with our target groups, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop quality products that align with brand strategies and meet the needs of active consumers.
• Optimize existing designs and styles, ensuring they enhance brand identity while balancing functionality and cost-effectiveness.
• Design seasonal placement prints.
• Collaborate with the product creation team to select appropriate materials that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Generate tech packs and measurement lists, ensuring precision and clarity for production.
• Participate in fit sessions, providing valuable feedback and collaborating with developers to refine designs.
• Create appealing and highly commercial color stories that resonate with both the brand and the target market.
• Approve lab dips
• Provide design material as necessary for client meetings and presentations.

Reporting Line: You will report to Head of Design.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial apparel design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong understanding of market trends and commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with the unique demands of prize fighting apparel.
• Previous experience working directly with vendors, with hands-on experience in industrial factories being a significant advantage.
• Graphic competance to make productio ready print designs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and PLM systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
