We are seeking a talented designer who shares our passion for sports and understands the unique narratives Dæhlie and Johaug embody. If you're excited to be part of a design team that create performance-driven designs that inspire athletes, this is an opportunity you can't miss.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop products based on Brand strategies and product brief.
• Modify and optimize existing styles to align with Brand requirements.
• Create cohesive color stories that enhance merchandising and production efficiency.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing and cost-effective.
• Collaborate closely with the product creation team, sourcing office, and purchase managers.
• Select appropriate materials based on functionality, aesthetics, and cost.
• Approve lab dips.
• Create tech packs and measurement lists.
• Attend fit sessions and collaborate with developer on proto comments.

Reporting Line: You will report to Head of Design

Employment Type: 1 year temp (maternity leave), 100%

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in design and product development with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of market trends.
• Deep understanding of fabrics, textiles, and materials used in apparel production
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and PLM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).
