About the Role
As Trade Marketing & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be an important part of the marketing team, working in close collaboration with the global marketing, e-commerce and sales teams at headquarters. You'll also work closely with strategic key accounts, both digitally and in person, across selected key markets.

As Trade Marketing and marketing coordinator for Dæhlie Sportswear, you will be responsible for:
Supporting trade marketing activities across online marketplaces and in-store activations with our key accounts, ensuring they have the right assets and content to drive both brand awareness and sales
Planning and executing premium product presentations at the point of sale, in close collaboration with our creative and sales teams
Developing and owning account-specific go-to-market plans each season, tailored to the needs of each partner
Executing marketing campaigns in cooperation with accounts and partners, and measuring their impact against defined KPIs
Briefing and coordinating external marketing agencies (PR, marketing, e-commerce), as well as agents and distributors, on key projects and seasonal priorities
Applying consumer and market insights to ensure campaigns are consumer-centric and relevant to each market
Leading the planning and execution of trade shows, both global and regional, in close collaboration with the sales team
Planning and executing grassroots activations together with retail partners, aligned to the broader brand calendar
Ensuring all brand and product communication is written in a clear, consumer-centric voice that reflects the Dæhlie brand
To be successful in the role of Trade Marketing, we expect that you have the following:
2+ years of experience in trade marketing, account marketing, or a similar customer-facing marketing role
A track record of developing go-to-market plans, point-of-sale activations, or retail/account campaigns with measurable commercial results
Comfortable working directly with key accounts and retail partners, both digitally and in person
Good digital and e-commerce knowledge
Experience working with consumer brands or in an agency environment where brand integrity and commercial success are both priorities
A strong knowledge of, or genuine interest in, the outdoor sports industry
A clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable giving concise feedback and direction to both internal and external stakeholders
A strong affinity for sport, preferably cross-country skiing or running
Fluent English; Norwegian is an advantage
