Head of Sales, Kari Traa
We make active clothing for women and girls who dare. We’re hiring a Head of Sales who’s a true brand fan: passionate, commercial, fun, and ready for anything.
As Head of Sales, you own our growth: leading the sales plan, orderbook and forecasting (with Purchasing), pricing and margin (with GM/Product), and building seasonal go-to-market plans, including segmentation, channel strategy, sales tools and meetings, partnering with Marketing, Ops and sales teams. You would bring market feedback into design, support seasonal buys and sample planning.
You bring: 8+ years’ sales leadership in sports/outdoor/apparel, proven growth and margin wins, S&OP/forecasting skills, key account/channel expertise, distributor/agent experience, fluent Norwegian and English. You coach teams, love data, travel happily, and thrive in seasonal rhythms.
