As a Logistics Coordinator you will play a vital role in managing inbound and outbound shipments. You`ll be assisting the logistics manager in working with our 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth product flow and meet customer expectations.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive efficiency in our logistics operations, such as developing logistical forecasts, ensuring they stay on track, analyzing the results, communicating logistics updates to internal teams and assisting with inventory management.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Inbound Logistics:
• Coordinate inbound logistics shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Process purchase orders and monitor their fulfillment, including verifying order accuracy, tracking shipment progress of PO’s to 3PL, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party logistics providers, shipment brokers and other logistics service providers to ensure efficient and reliable inbound shipments
• Assist warehouse teams to ensure proper receiving, inspection, and storage of inbound shipments, optimizing space utilization and minimizing delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, including BOL, shipping documents, customs paperwork, and supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Outbound Logistics:
- Transmit orders to 3PL for shipment to end customer, ensure outbound order flow and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Coordinate outbound logistics activities with Customer Service (CS) on order management such as priority orders and key account orders
- Assist Logistics Manager with outbound logistics activities and order management at 3PL
Inventory Management and Planning:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate information is used for demand forecasts
- Generate and distribute availability reports as needed
- Review inventory balance in US/CAN 3PL warehouses for accuracy, sales impact, and quality control
- Assist Logistics Manager on creating monthly inbound and outbound forecasts
What You Bring to the Team:

Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required with 2-3 years working experience in related field
• Experience in supply chain tasks including forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and/or supply planning
• Excel, Power BI, and/or experience with other reporting tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the outdoor industry or retail industry preferred
• Motivated self-starter who flourishes in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all stakeholders

Salary Range: $60,000-70,000
