We are looking to strengthen our position in Denmark as the #1 base layer brand by adding a new sales representative to the Danish Kari Traa and Active Brands team.
About the role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales tasks needed in the development and implementation of the company’s and brand’s sales strategy in Denmark. Ensure all sales efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term goals and help identify possibilities of improvements.
As a Sales Representative in Active Brands you will be responsible for:
- Preparation and execution of sales plans according to seasonal deadlines
- Planning and execution of sales campaigns and relevant sales activities for customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Plan and follow seasonal budgeting and economic forecasting
- Analyse and develop customer growth opportunities based on sales data
- Planning and participation in sales relevant events or exhibitions
- Plan and execute sales enhancing activities relevant to specific customers (product knowledge, in-store presence, employee incentives, etc.)
- Report on a scheduled basis to the Danish Country Manager
To be successful in the role as a Sales Representative for Kari Traa, we expect that you have:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in sales or customer service
- A good understanding of the retail and sporting goods industry
- The ability to work self-driven and independently
- The desire to be a part of a closely connected, hard-working, and dedicated team
- An eye for details and the ability to deliver on time
- A familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Experience with MS Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- If you are used to working in an ERP system, that is a plus
- Fluent in Danish and English both spoken and written

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the Active Brands organization
- You have a high sense of moral and integrity, act professional, and want to still have fun in the process
