Graphic Design & Campaign Specialist for Sweet Protection
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Graphic Design & Campaign Specialist with a hands-on, execution-focused approach to join our team and elevate Sweet Protection’s visual experience across the ski, snowboard, and bike categories in Europe, the US, and Canada.
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of our brand’s visual execution, creating and delivering best-in-class marketing assets that ensure brand consistency, visibility, and engagement across all consumer touchpoints, both online and offline.
You will primarily focus on crafting impactful visual campaign assets for Email Marketing, Social Media, Onsite Experiences, Paid Media, and Retail Activations, while also leading and contributing to creative projects through effective agency collaboration.
Collaborating closely with our marketing, retail, e-commerce, and product teams, you will develop premium and exciting brand and campaign collateral that amplifies Sweet Protection’s presence across diverse digital and physical touchpoints.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager for Sweet Protection and is based at Active Brands' offices in Oslo, Nydalen.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of our brand’s visual assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Create and deliver best-in-class assets for Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, Onsite Experiences, and Retail Activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Lead and contribute to creative projects and campaign developments through effective agency collaboration.
- Steer our content creation efforts across a wide net of partners.
- Maintain and evolve Sweet Protection's Brand Design Manual and frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms.
- Oversee creative projects using tools like Asana and Figma, and manage the Digital Asset Management System to streamline content organization.
- Align creative strategies across marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams, ensuring cohesive messaging.
- Manage the content marketing budget and guide external content producers to align with the brand's communication calendar.
- Collaborate with the product design team on special projects, creating product graphics, logo placements.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or graphic design role, with a strong focus on both print and digital design.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven track record in leading design projects that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in using tools like Asana for planning and execution.
- Excellent storytelling abilities, capable of translating business objectives into compelling visual content.
- Understanding of retail marketing, digital channels and best practices for UI/UX design.
- Cross-functional team experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results oriented and digital analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Video editing and video creative are a plus in this role, as you will have the opportunity to incorporate dynamic video assets to elevate our campaigns.

- Clearly articulate design choices and collaborate with teams while listening to feedback to refine solutions.
- Inspire and mentor internal or external collaborators, guiding them through creative projects.
