Join Our Team as an Ecommerce Specialist/ Merchandiser (12-Month Maternity Cover)
We’re seeking a dynamic individual who bridges the gap between an ecommerce specialist and a merchandiser for a 12-month maternity cover. Ideally, you have experience working in or with the US market, as this role requires a strong understanding of US consumer trends and behaviors. While we value 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, your mindset, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning are what truly matter to us.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy and Growth:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the ecommerce strategy, driving traffic, engagement, and sales through SEO and paid media campaigns.
- Support business growth in the US by collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize the website for international audiences.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate collaboration across multiple time zones, particularly focusing on the US market.
Website Management:
- Oversee the daily management of the site, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet global business goals.
- Optimize the platform for customer experience and competitive pricing, incorporating insights from US consumer behavior.
- Work with the central team to test and refine website layout, features, and checkout processes.
Digital Marketing:
- Optimize content and campaigns across digital channels to align with local and global strategies.
- Plan, execute, and improve digital campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (ROI, CTR, bounce rates, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Assortment and Product Management:
- Collaborate with the ecommerce lead and sales teams to ensure key assortments are launched at the right time.
- Maintain and optimize product assortments to resonate with customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations.
Agency Collaboration:
- Work closely with external agencies to ensure clear briefing, seamless execution, and effective budget management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of US consumer trends and behaviors.
- Experience with various CMS and ecommerce platforms (preferably Centra, but others are acceptable).
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools like GA, SEMrush, or similar for analytics and optimization.
- Experience in ecommerce or related fields.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar.
- Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- Familiarity with SEO and paid media campaign management.
